Samsung Offering Kiosk Interactive Signage Options

Samsung has developed a compact, easy-to-use in-store Kiosk called, Samsung Kiosk. The Samsung Kiosk is designed for small businesses and large ones. It is an all-in-one payment and ordering system.

The units run a credit card, smartphone, and QR code transactions, in a smooth and seamless process. There is an ordering menu of options, which has been developed to be customized to the type of business and that business's unique needs for growth.

WizarPOS Launches the Smart Kiosk a Versatile Android Kiosk

In July 2022 WizarPOS launched the smart Android Kiosk a versatile android kiosk. The model number of the new Kiosk is D22 and it is aimed at Omni payments.

The kiosk is certified under PCI, EMV, and mainstream contactless payment networks. The D22 accepts omni-payments on a multi-touch screen with an EMV card reader and virtual pin pad, or via barcode scanning. This allows for a more seamless transaction process, within a short time, and all on one device.

LG Uses Acquire Digital's QSR Software In Their Interactive Kiosk

In June, at Infocomm, LG Business Solutions unveiled their new interactive Kiosk that uses Acquire Digital's latest QSR software.

The Kiosk has been planned for some time, and many in the industry, especially LG and Acquire Digital, are saying it is going to change QSR and ease of use in ordering at the standalone station.

The Kiosk is an all-in-one solution that has been built with speed in mind. The Sales Manager at Acquire Digital had this to say about the turnout for the new AV device and Infocomm in general.

Digital Interactive Kiosk's Ramped Up

Many display companies are now offering digital signage solutions. Just as many are offering contactless Kiosks to better serve customers on the go. The busy workers are back from lockdown and want their customer experience streamlined.

To be fair, there are still clerks manning the counters, and waitresses and waiters at tableside. Ordering, pickup, and delivery have gained more options. Paying for a quick on-the-go coffee, or donut just get faster to order, with less waiting, and payment before service.

Contactless interactive Kiosks are popping up everywhere and companies want to take advantage of the changing landscape of self-service.

Retail outlets are placing Kiosks in strategic locations and reaping the benefit of those who know exactly what they want, can pay for it, and have the product delivered to the waiting customer. This cuts down on lines, frustration, and hunting throughout the store for items that may be sold out or on sale. The Kiosk has all that information before shopping even starts.

Companies like Samsung, LG, and WizarPOS, are cashing in on the Kiosk craze, and connecting to digital signs, for popup sales, event announcements, and Kiosk-centered payment and registration options.
