City of Burnaby – Permitting Process Review - Survey Questions
NAIOP is working with the City of Burnaby to review current permitting practices with the intent of improving processes and the overall customer experience. The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback from a variety of stakeholders who have had some involvement with permitting (i.e. building permits, rezoning applications etc.) in the City of Burnaby. The feedback from this survey will be used to provide suggestions for near-term changes to the permitting process, as well as pursue longer-term transformational changes.
