Trainer: Aroon Shah, M. Ed Counselling Psychology
Preferred duration: Two-day workshop.

Workshop Description
There’s no playbook for a pandemic. COVID-19 has been a prolonged traumatic event. Individuals in organizations as a result have had to change and adapt to a new norm. Employees are working remotely, policies are changing to accommodate COVID-19 protocols and precautions, and our ways of  doing business have shifted dramatically. Crisis leadership has been at the center of existing leadership styles. All of this has led to the creation of a new psychological contract between the employees and the organizations they work for. Remote employees will return to the workplace facing uncertainty of the direction of the business, and the implementation (new onboarding). This becomes important for the organizations to re-engage employees in the post-covid world.
