You'll wheely want to be at The Cycle Show this year!

Calling all London cyclists! The Cycle Show is back at Alexandra Palace for three days this month, and we've got a treat for you - free tickets for 250 Londonist subscribers!

That's free access to hundreds of exhibitors, demo tracks, artistic cycling routines, racing with top pros, an exhibition of old-school BMX bikes, skill sessions, street food stalls and plenty more.

It has events and activities for all ages and abilities, whether you zip around London on your daily commute, or you're a more casual weekend cyclist. If you want to take your cycling further afield, you can find out about biking holidays in the UK and abroad.

The Cycle Show runs 21-23 April 2023 at Alexandra Palace. To claim your free tickets, book via the blue button below, entering code 'LONDONIST23' at the checkout - that saves you £16 on the price of a standard ticket, but only 250 free tickets are available, so be quick! Once you've bagged yours, read on to find out about the two-wheeled fun awaiting you at Ally Pally this month.

Pimp Up Your Ride

In the market for a new set of wheels, or looking to upgrade your current bike? Browse and buy bikes, helmets, clothing and accessories, from big-name exhibitors such as Zefal, Orro, Halo Wheels, Zipp and De Luca. E-bikes are covered too, with Volt among the companies offering those. Plus, for the first time ever, The Cycle Show has a dedicated cargo bike area.

Have A Go

Want to try before you buy? 200+ bikes are available to ride at the Demo Village, including the largest line-up of electric bikes to try out anywhere in the UK. Choose between a city/road track and an off-road test track, so you can try out your potential new wheels where you'll be using them most. You don't get that when buying online!

The Big Names

Olympians and world champions are among the special guests at The Cycle Show. Four-time Tour de France winner Chris Froome OBE, Olympic BMX competitors Shanaze Reade and Beth Shriever, and mountain biking champion Rob Warner are among the cycling legends appearing live on stage.

Family Fun

The whole family is welcome at The Cycle Show! There's a special Kids Zone outside, where younger riders can test out some of the smaller bikes, as well artistic cycling demonstrations to watch (think gymnastics but on a bike - don't try this at home, kids!). Plus, the indoor street food area alongside the Great Hall is somewhere to take a break, and make sure everyone's fed and watered.
