A Free, Educational Webinar: Wednesday, June 19, 2019 • 11:00 a.m. ET

You are invited to join TE Connectivity (TE) for an informative webinar, “What’s Powering the Future of Flight” to be broadcast from the Paris Air Show at historic Le Bourget. American baseball legend Yogi Berra famously once said, “the future ain’t what it used to be.” Racing towards us is not simply incremental, but rather fundamental changes to how we travel and communicate globally. To look into this future, TE’s panel of industry-recognized experts will take you on a journey to what awaits all of us in this new frontier.

From new business uses for industrial scale drones to flying cars and taxis, the global aerospace industry is exploring many new and potentially revolutionary applications. Several of these applications depend on the technology development and maturation in all electrical and hybrid electrical flight. As power and voltage levels go up, new challenges are created for the electrical interconnect technology on aircraft.

In this webinar, we will discuss:
  • The new applications and the hurdles to their implementation.
  • How TE is leveraging knowledge from other global industries to shorten the learning curve for aerospace.
  • How the industry and TE are working to address the new technology challenges at the sub-system and interconnect component level.
Tune in on Wednesday, June 19, 11AM (EST) to better understand what’s to come, the market drivers pushing this change, and how to prepare your business to get on the fast track to the connected aircraft and communications of the future. You won’t be disappointed.
