Team Clark Survey Results! This week, we asked you if you would pay more for an order to get free shipping. Here are a few responses that we received:
Carolyn in Georgia: "I add items to my cart all the time just to get the free shipping. The challenge is making sure those items are truly useful."
Phylis in West Virginia: "Yes. It gives me the option to choose products by price instead of finding out the shipping cost after I decide on the perfect item."
Megan in Kansas: "Yes. Free shipping may not always be free. But it saves me time going to a store and money I would've spent on impulse buys. It also spares me ridiculous shipping fees, long lines and sour-tempered postal workers. An extra few bucks still saves me something (money or sanity!)."
Bobbi in Georgia: "I always order more to get free shipping because I HATE paying for shipping. Then I return the extra merch at a local store."
Mitch: "There's no such thing as free shipping. The cost is figured into the item you're buying. Either the item's price is inflated or the retailer is hoping to buy loyalty. If the cost is free, the product is you."
