🏪 Wawa, Others Top First-Ever Convenience Store Satisfaction Survey

Clark loves large convenience stores that sell everything you can imagine, especially good, freshly-prepared food.

He consistently praises Wawa and Buc-ee’s, for example, for their store offerings.

As it turns out, Clark’s take is representative. Those two chains finished first and third, respectively, in the first-ever American Customer Satisfaction Index study on convenience stores .

Survey responders, who answered over seven months ending in September, ranked convenience of store hours and locations, coffee freshness, food quality, wait times, speed of checkout and more.

“The most popular convenience stores, the study found, are the ones that have focused on making food – and making it well – as consumers focus more on the in-store experience when deciding where to fill up,” CNBC reported.
