They provide creaminess and sweetness, so you don’t have to add any sugar. The next time you’re at the market, pick up a few extra bananas. Let them sit on the counter until they’re covered with brown spots—this means they’re extra sweet. Then peel and place them in a zip-top bag and store them in the freezer until smoothie time.
