Cleco's $900M carbon capture project will create over 1,000 jobs in central Louisiana

Let's dive right into the business news this morning and the report on Cleco, which services areas in Acadiana and other parts of the state, announcing it will convert one of its plants near Alexandria into a carbon capture and sequestration facility, which will create over 1,000 construction jobs and 30-40 permanent jobs and reduce its carbon footprint by about 95%.
