A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. Another Clifford Chance partner has died unexpectedly, just days after New York partner Christopher Morvillo passed away on board the superyacht owned by client Mike Lynch when it sank off the coast of Sicily. In Germany, meanwhile, law firms are learning how to respond to the tech-savvy, purpose-driven and demanding Gen Z lawyers now in their midst. And in Australia, a judge has issued a landmark decision, ruling in a gender identity case that sex is changeable.
