• 10-1074 is being studied to treat and prevent HIV infection and is currently in Phase 2 development as an HIV therapeutic. It is a broadly neutralizing antibody (bNAb), a powerful type of antibody that can work against many HIV strains. bNAbs can block HIV from entering healthy cells and activate other immune cells to help destroy infected cells.
