A Message From the Editor

Good morning. Yesterday saw some of our biggest legal tech funding news yet, rising to mythical-creature levels for two companies who reported six-figure raises. First, practice management software provider Clio announced a record-breaking $900 million Series F round, bringing the company to a $3 billion valuation and official centaur status, LTN's Rhys Dipshan reports. Meanwhile, Isha Marahe got the exclusive on legal tech provider Harvey raising a $100 million Series C, achieving a valuation of $1.5 billion and cementing its unicorn status. You can read both stories in today's newsletter.
