Club Preventative Measures

Dear Echo Valley Members,

Our member and employee wellness continue to be at the forefront of our daily practices and operations. We uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

With growing concerns over Coronavirus, COVID-19, the Club is taking every necessary step to ensure the cleanliness practices and maintaining a healthy environment for all.

We want all members and employees to feel comfortable in spending time at the Club as we continue to enjoy the many experiences and interactions we are grateful for at the Club each day.

The Club will maintain operations as normal and closely monitor all developments surrounding COVID-19, taking proper precautions as necessary.

Our cleaning procedures are already very thorough, however, below are some additional practices the Club has put into place:

  • Our team is disinfecting all handrails, doorknobs, and handles multiple times, daily.
  • We have switched to using a disinfectant solution versus regular cleaning products.
  • Employee internal communication has been circulating over the past two weeks regarding preventing illness.
  • As always, employees are requested to stay home if they are showing any signs or symptoms of illness.

We encourage our members and employees to follow these practices as recommended by the CDC:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they have dried completely.
  • Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
  • Clean or disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.

Should you have any concerns, please contact the Management Staff. We look forward to seeing you at the Club soon.
