  The suit will be filed in the U.S. District Court in Washington on Tuesday morning, CNN said. The lawsuit alleges that the revoking of Acosta’s credentials is in violation of the First and Fifth Amendments. The White House revoked his credentials last week after Acosta and Trump got into a heated exchange at a news conference. White House officials claimed Acosta "placed his hands" on an intern when she tried to take a microphone away from him.
