Is Ron Rivera headed to the Giants? Is Jason Garrett headed to the Giants? Brady Quinn points out a very interesting reason why John Harbaugh has a coaching advantage as we break down where coaches might end up and what the Panthers will do next (Jonathan Jones explains exactly what Rivera's looking for) plus Ryan Wilson joins to talk 2020 draft and more.
The Ravens are rolling right now and haven't lost since Week 4 (how'd they lose by 15 at home to the Browns again?), but Pete Prisco says the streak ends this week. Pete's sure it will be a thriller in Buffalo with both QBs playing well as Josh Allen gets the win, and he's got picks for every Week 14 game, including one hot-seat coach's seat getting even hotter.
Ron Rivera's been fired, Cam Newton's getting surgery, and Kyle Allen's thrown 10 INTs in his last six games (five of them losses). The Panthers' rebuild is about to begin, and Chris Trapasso says it starts with a QB at No. 14 who's too talented to pass up. Chris also has the Dolphins getting Tua without even tanking for him, and check out all the WRs going in Round 1.

The Raiders are just much better at home and I'll also take the points in huge spreads with the Skins and Lions, plus I'm going right back to my gambling well in Colts-Bucs.
It won't be hard for Ron Rivera to find another job after taking the Panthers to the playoffs four times, but you might not realize how impressive Rivera's been from a gambling perspective. R.J. White says Rivera's Panthers ranked sixth in ATS margin since he took over in 2011, and R.J.'s got all the stats you need to know for Week 14; here's the line that's the biggest head-scratcher when it comes to DVOA.
