| | Malabar Park BMX Facility: Revving Up for Construction! Big changes are underway as the facility undergoes a $6.88M redevelopment due for completion in late 2024. The facility will now serve as the home base for Friends of the Community Inc., a local charity dedicated to reinvesting all proceeds from food sales at events back into the local community.
