The City is working with the Youth Affairs Council WA to develop a new Youth Plan to shape how we deliver youth services and support over the next five years. We want to hear from young people aged 10 to 25, their families, and support networks to ensure the new plan is centred around the voice and vision of young people in the area. Share your thoughts via the quick survey link below by 5 May for a chance to win a $50 or $100 EFTPOS gift card. Or provide feedback in writing via email to: lianda@yacwa.org.au or by post: Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia, PO Box 334, Leederville WA 6903

| | Nominations for Cockburn WA Day Awards are now open! Last year's award winner, Leslie Ward, was nominated for her compassion and for delivering homemade meals to people in her community. Leslie makes her own bread, yoghurt and pies, and always helps those who need it.
We want to hear about people who make Cockburn the best place to be like Leslie, and those who contribute to our community's development physically, culturally, or socially.
The award winner receives $400 and a commemorative certificate, and you could receive $100 for nominating the winner! Winners are announced at the City's annual Pioneers Luncheon on Friday 7 June at the Spearwood Dalmatinac Sport and Community Club.
