Support for community groups Are you part of a community group, not-for-profit organisation or social enterprise in the City of Cockburn? Or are you an individual resident working on an event or project that supports the wider community?
Take advantage of the support and resources on offer by the Community Development team such as: - Free training workshops and networking opportunities
- Free advertising banner space
- Personalised project support for six months
- Promotion of events and projects
- Free website listing and insurance for eligible groups
- Discounts for volunteers
- Community grants
- Free colour printing
- Volunteer recruitment
- Free hire of the community events trailer or mini event kit

Involving young people - free workshop Are you part of a community group that is seeking to attract younger members? This free workshop delivered by YACWA provides information about making your committee or group youth friendly and supporting young people to take the first step to get involved and then stay engaged.
