Someone said the 2020s should be called The Roaring WTFs and I couldn’t agree more. The economy is up! The economy is down! Hiring binge! Layoff wave! That’s just the last few weeks. (Yeah, there’s also pandemic, war, politics, etc. – but we’re about marketing here.)
When emotions are jumping around like popcorn in hot grease, you need a cool hand. Measure twice with data and analytics before following your instincts. Your customers will appreciate it. Certainty and competence are powerful and attractive business attributes right now.
