Whitney M. Durant, a 20-year-old Bowling Green State University student who reportedly describes themselves online as "a communist trying to spread the gay agenda," is facing federal charges for vandalizing a pro-life pregnancy center in Ohio. Durant, who is a member of BGSocialists and also known as Soren Monroe, is facing federal misdemeanor charges under the Freedom of
Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which makes it a federal crime to intentionally damage or destroy the property of a facility because it provides "reproductive healthcare services." The clinic was vandalized with phrases such as "Jane's Revenge" and "Abort God." Full Story.

Judge Lynn Adelman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin has blocked the Mukwonago Area School District in Wisconsin from implementing a policy prohibiting students from using bathrooms intended for members of the opposite sex in response to a lawsuit filed by the mother of an 11-year-old trans-identified boy. Koch stated that the "District will continue to defend Policy 5514 in the interest of protecting the safety, privacy, and wellness of all students." Read more.

A pastor who led a congregation of 64 Chinese Christians from religious persecution in China thanked God for bringing them to freedom in the United States but warned that many faithful heroes still face oppression from the Chinese Communist Party. Pastor Pan Yongguang of the Mayflower Church called on the U.S. government to put "pressure" on the persecutors in China while speaking outside the U.S. Capitol Wednesday, with ChinaAid's Bob Fu, also in attendance,

Former youth pastor Daniel Kellan Mayfield, who was arrested last month for allegedly filming girls as young as 14 in the bathroom of a South Carolina church, faces 24 new charges of criminal sexual conducts as investigators say he also recorded women in bridal parties changing their clothes. Dawn Land, an activist and child advocate, writes about the dangers of Washington State's SB 5599, under which minors who are "seeking gender-affirming care" will be hidden from their parents and placed in host homes so they can undergo trans procedures, given permission by their state-appointed guardian instead of their parents,

Church of the Highlands has dismissed reports suggesting it's running a $4.5 million retreat center for fallen pastors called The Lodge at Grants Mill. Senior Associate Pastor Layne Schranz told CP there is "no truth" to the claims about the church, which is the largest in the state of Alabama and the second largest congregation in the nation. Rikkie Valerie Kollé, a biological male who identifies as a female, won the Miss Netherlands pageant, making him the first trans-identified individual to win the title and the second to compete in the Miss Universe pageant.
