William Hubbard is a former president of the American Bar Association and an alum of the University of South Carolina. He succeeds Robert Wilcox, who is retiring after 34 years with the university.

County polling residents about potential mask ordinance

CAE offering free masks to travelers

Columbia Metropolitan Airport received more than 55,000 face coverings from the U.S. Department of Transportation. The masks are available at the main lobby information desk and in the TSA security checkpoint line.
