The Victorian Government’s Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme supports small and medium-sized commercial tenants when turnover has fallen by over 30% due to COVID restrictions. 

Commercial Tenants have until the 15 January 2022 to request rent relief under the scheme.

Commercial landlords in financial hardship as a result of waiving rent for their tenants in response to COVID restrictions have until 15 January 2022 to apply for the Commercial Landlord Hardship Fund 3.
