Hide My Email for Apple users creates unique, random email addresses that forward to your inbox. You can create as many addresses as you want and reply to messages without sharing your real email address.

Note: To use this feature, you’ll need to sign up for iCloud+, which you can subscribe to on its own or as part of Apple One.

  • To create a new email address, go to Settings and tap your Apple ID.
  • Go to iCloud > Hide My Email > Create New Address.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions, and you’ll get a new email address you can manage from your iCloud settings.

⛔ Don’t have an iPhone or iCloud+? There are plenty of other ways to set up a temporary email account. You can also make an alias in Gmail.
