Cockburn Community Fund

The September round of the City's Community Fund is now open for:

  • COVID-19 Recovery Grants
  • Community Grants
  • Cultural Grants
  • Sponsorships (Group)
  • Donations
Not requiring any co-contribution, the COVID-19 Recovery Grants can assist local not-for-profit, incorporated community groups, organisations and businesses to develop programs, activities and events to re-engage the community. 

Applications for all funding closes 4pm, Friday 25 September.

Increase your confidence to manage a first aid emergency by attending this free workshop. Suitable for parents/carers of children up to 8 years, and expectant parents.

Nominate a volunteer 

Not-for-profit groups and clubs based in, or servicing Cockburn are invited to nominate volunteers from their organisations for this year's Inspirational Volunteer Awards.

Nominations can be made in two categories:

  • Inspirational Volunteer Organisation of the Year
  • Inspirational Volunteer of the Year
Winners of each Category will share a total prize pool of $2,400.
Submit your nomination before Friday 25 September, outlining the qualities of the nominee.

Calling all not-for-profit treasurers (and the committee members who love them!)

The Commonwealth Bank 2020 Not-for-Profit Treasurers' Awards are now open. 

The Awards are designed to recognise the contribution that treasurers make to their community group, the NFP sector as a whole and to Australian society. 

Applications close 1pm Tuesday 6 October.
