Greenville brazing company doubles capacity with new press

Accurate Brazing will double its capacity for brazing services for the aerospace and medical industries with a second hot isostatic press due in February. The press uses high temperatures and the pressure of gas to compact metals and reduce air bubbles that may have formed in the material.

Remote sellers’ sales tax collection doubles in S.C.

Remote sellers and online marketplace facilitators collected $311.5 million in sales and use tax between Nov. 1, 2019 and Oct. 31, 2020, according to the S.C. Department of Revenue. Registered remote sellers also increased by 1,643.
