ACI Plastics, a thermoplastics processor and recycler, plans a $10 million expansion to its operations in Oconee County. The company will partner on the project with PreZero, a recyclables manager.

Greenville County awarded for creating healthy culture

Greenville County is one of five winners of the 2019 RWJF Culture of Health Prize awarded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. LiveWell Greenville, the Piedmont Health Foundation, and the Jolley Foundation collaborated to submit the application on behalf of Greenville County.

State Christmas tree arrives in Columbia

South Carolina’s official Christmas Tree, a 35-foot concolor fir, arrived at the Statehouse Tuesday morning. The tree, from the Pinetum Christmas Tree Farm in Swanton, Md., will be lit during the 53rd annual Governor’s Carolighting on Nov. 24. Festivities will begin at 6 p.m.
