So many splendid things to do in London this spring

It's here at last — today officially marks the start of a new season, and what better way to celebrate the Spring Equinox than by feasting your eyes on all the lovely events London has to offer over these next few sunnier months?

From Little Venice's Canal Cavalcade to atmospheric outdoor theatre, our March-May events round-up includes plenty of quirky things to do al fresco to help you make the most of the milder weather. And because you can't always rely on sunshine in London, there are also plenty of indoor events, including a wealth of exhibitions — one on Disney's 18th-century inspirations and another on footie-related design are amongst our recs.

Speaking of sport, we've included a ton of races taking place on foot, boat, or bike, including a 100-mile cycle ride through London and Essex. Then there are music festivals spanning country, classical, and jazz, and a feast of foodie events — from London Coffee Festival to a dinner that takes place on a floating table, 100ft in the sky. Hungry for more? Click below for the full round-up.
