Conflicts in Your Estate Planning?

Dear John ,
Have you inadvertently made estate plans that conflict with each other? Here are some things to be aware of that can cause legal confusion and negate your wishes in giving to others: Making a New Will; Changing your Beneficiaries; and life changes such as births and deaths. All of these can affect your planning.
See the August 2018 Newsletter(choose Full Screen view) for a better understanding of how this can happen and simple ways to avoid it.

Contact Parvati Hansen at 530-478-7695 or parvati@janakafoundation.org for further information about how to include the Janaka Foundation in your Will, Trust, or as a beneficiary of your IRA or a Life Insurance policy.
We look forward to hearing from you.
