Confronting Teen Suicide

When discussing the death of her friend, Ben, and her work with Hope Squad, which combats teen suicide, Rory Shelton, 16, has this to say: “I’ve learned a lot in the last year. I was forced to quickly learn how to cope with tragedy. I miss my friend every day, but I hope to use what I’ve learned to help prevent this in the future.”
