This salad is light and refreshing. It's an old recipe that is simple to make using just a few ingredients. Although I prefer apples without the peelings, it would be more colorful if I left the red peelings on the apple. I make it often, just for the two of us. It's also a good dish to take for potluck gatherings and goes well with many foods. I hope you will give it a try.

Leftover Stuffing Breakfast Casserole

I don't love stuffing as leftovers as much as I do when it's fresh. This breakfast casserole really brings it back to life. With a few mix-ins, eggs, and cheese, you'll be sure to love this treat. I serve it as a hearty brunch and it's always such a big hit.

Found this recipe and it reminded me of the bread that we used to have at Macaroni Grill 10 years ago. It's a very simple bread but with the rosemary on top, it's something special!

Bamboo or Metal Kabob Skewers?

I was watching a neighbor grill assorted types of meat kabobs on our shared apartment community gas grill, and noticed that he was using metal skewers for some and bamboo skewers for others.
