So after you celebrate, build upon what you've already done. Running is cumulative so what you've done over the last few weeks will only help your racing in the future. Gradually increase your weekly mileage by 5-10% every two weeks and you'll be a whole new runner in another few months. Get excited; the journey has just begun.”
