Dear John Do,
The new 36,000 m² CCH Congress Center Hamburg sports superlatives galore with 12,000 m² of exhibition space, 12,000 m² of foyer space and 12,000 seats in up to 50 halls. Management, staff and potential visitors are now feverishly awaiting its Grand (Re) Opening on April 29, 2022 after almost five years of extensive renovations. Several major events have been confirmed for 2022 in CHH, which hosted well over 250 events before refurbishment. Hamburg News took a look behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, Science City Hamburg-Bahrenfeld is expanding and the University of Hamburg is developing 3D avatars for telemedicine. And the Hamburg-based Procuros start-up has raised USD 9 million (EUR 8.3 million) in seed capital in its latest funding round.
