Today I have some delicious new dinner ideas from our forum that are so easy to prepare.  First, I’d like to share with you a secret recipe for a yummy and healthy treat.  These moist and delicious almond butter chocolate chip cookies are a great alternative for when you get that sweet
tooth.

New Secret Recipe
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup unsalted almond butter, stirred well
1 large egg
3/4 cup Stevia
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 ounces 90% dark cocoa, broken into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, stir together first five ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoon-fulls onto parchment
paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool on baking sheet for five minutes.
 
Remove to a wire rack and let cool for 15 more minutes.
