Our free virtual nutrition workshop Cooking with Karla will teach you new ideas for simple and healthy meals. Join RLC clinical dietitian nutritionist Karla Giboyeaux to learn the many benefits of meal prepping. During a cooking demonstration, you will learn how to meal prep a frittata 3 different ways. It’s an easy way to add foods high in fiber to your diet.
