| | THE POWER OF WATER | | | | A refreshing dip in cool waters is particularly welcome on warm summer days. Along those lines, we would like to share one of our favourite local excursions with you: the source of the Isar! The crystal-clear blue waters bubble out of three springs in the Naturpark Karwendel. From there it takes three days for every drop to make its way through ten countries into the Black Sea. Our mouth also waters when we think of strudel: Bio pulled pork strudel, prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella strudel, pear and marzipan-strudel and much more! Last Sunday’s Strudel Festival in the Olympiaregion Seefeld was really tasty and varied. We asked one of our restaurateurs to share his special strudel recipes with us. We wish you bon appetit! | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | THE SOURCE OF THE ISAR | | | | | | New display boards, a beautiful rest area and a natural trail leading direct to the first springs: You will find all this on an excursion to the source of the Isar. It is wonderfully cool and refreshing, especially on warm days! | | | | | | | |
