Cop who fatally shot unarmed Australian woman in 2017 turns himself in, charges pending

The Minneapolis cop who fatally shot an unarmed Australian woman last year turned himself in Tuesday. Charges are pending for Officer Mohamed Noor in the July 2017 shooting death of 40-year-old Justine Damond.
