Screens with 1440p resolution are popular, but they are not an ideal screen to use as a primary or secondary display with a Mac. The 2560x1440 resolution is either too small or too big, depending on how you have it set up. A 4K screen is a better option for most Mac users. XProtect is your Mac's built-in quiet anti-malware tool. Recent changes to XProtect in macOS means that it occasionally scans for some malware throughout the day. You can actually see the entries in your system logs using a Terminal command if you are curious. Watch at Patreon.com
