For many, adopting a new way of eating can be intimidating especially when it feels so different from our old habits. Heather shares practical tips and techniques that will give you confidence in the kitchen. You’ll learn how to cook without oil, batch cook and how to stock your kitchen. Heather also shares her favorite kitchen gadgets and food products - all in the name of easy prepwork, cooking and cleanup.

In order to foster an intimate community, we limit the number of participants for each program. After 35 years of helping people regain their health, we’ve learned that small groups are the most effective.
