Forking awesome: How to fix a zipper for free

Got any winter jackets with broken zippers? We know it can be a pain to repair them, but thereâs a secret trick you can use to get yourself zipped up for free. Just take any kitchen fork and mount the fastener on the two center tines (make sure the fastener is facing the right direction). Then, feed both of the zipper endings into the fastener and slowly pull them through at the same speed. Once you see them start to clasp together, zip up like normal and youâre good to go. Itâs a great little life hack to keep wearing your well-loved jackets, and the discovery has users across social media buzzing with excitement.
