Good evening folks,

We hope you are all well and staying safe, and managing to enjoy the good weather during the windows of permitted activity outdoors.

It's important that we continue to practice social distancing and avoid unnecessary travel and excursions - harder to do when it's nice outside, but just as vital.

It can, and will, save lives.

Today, we are asking for you to get involved in our #healthheroes campaign. We want you to shout about your friends, neighbours, or family members who are frontline NHS workers helping us through the pandemic - the superheroes without capes. Tell us who they are, what they do, and why they mean so much to you.

We want to highlight their incredible contribution and let everyone know how much they are valued and how much we appreciate their dedication and selflessness.

You can find out more about how to celebrate your #healthheroes on our website >>>

Keep staying safe and healthy,

Your Scotsman team
