Travel is the reason CheapOair was founded, and we are committed to getting through this crisis and continuing to provide our customers the opportunity to explore the world and all its wonders.

The novel coronavirus (COVID 19) global pandemic has affected every aspect of our lives, including our ability to travel. As this situation unfolds, our top priority is everyone’s safety. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization, our travel partners and government authorities to ensure we are accessing the most comprehensive available information. Specific situations vary market by market, and we encourage you to stay informed via government information sites and follow the guidance of local health authorities.

If you are traveling now, or have plans to travel in the near future, you are already aware of the issues caused by COVID-19. Airlines are updating their policies as quickly as world governments change their travel protocols. As a result, CheapOair customer service teams worldwide are focused on responding to customer inquiries addressing each unique issue. Our customer engagement strategy has always prioritized our commitment to providing a service level above and beyond the rest of the market. We remain committed to that model even in the face of these unprecedented times.

Our request to you, our valued customer, is to allow us to prioritize the travelers with itineraries in the next 72 hours. If your travel time is outside of 72 hours, please hold off on contacting us. We are actively reaching out to passengers who are traveling within the next two weeks into or out of affected countries. If you fit the criteria, we will be contacting you in this regard. We have created a site coronavirus-alert that contains frequent updates regarding airline policies.
