The Orleans Parish School District has told the Homer A. Plessy Community School it must move out of its St. Phillip Street building for next school year, Marie Fazio reports. Saints coach Dennis Allen spoke this week about why they’re chasing Carr. The former Raider thrower has visited with Saints brass (as well as other teams) but no word on when he might make a decision.
