Yesterday, in my email, I misattributed an author tag. Please make sure to check out Tracy Morin's contribution to our Voices on Addiction column, "Another Thing to Chase." Her essay is smart and self-aware and funny, but also very vulnerable, and one of my favorites that we've included in the series.
And though her essay was published in that particular column, if you, Dearest, have ever tried to change any type of habit or behavior, you may find that this essay also speaks to you, as it speaks to the whack-a-mole experience of trying to/becoming a better/different person.
