Happy Friday, happy long weekend, happy Good Friday and happy last weekend of daylight savings for those of you who love that chance to garden into the early hours of the evening. That little gardening window will come to a close shortly, although one thing that has extended my fringe hours of gardening is this new streetlight on the power pole that brightens up my verge garden with a downward facing light that I take advantage of (and which is better at reducing light pollution too.) I’m sure plenty of the neighbours look out from the apartments opposite and see me there in the night and must think, “Oh well. He’s enjoying himself, but it’s quite late.” | | |
