Dear Reader, India and Brazil are in COVID hell. But in much of the Western world, caseloads and fatality rates are decreasing. In Australia, we’ve taken a brutal policy stance to keep the virus out. In the US, falls are partly due to herd immunity from infected survivors with antibodies.
