A record 20 QBs under age 27 started Sunday, including Patrick Mahomes, who's somehow even better than last year. Brady Quinn dissects what makes him so good as we try to figure out why defenses haven't been able to adjust. Ryan Wilson lists his top five young QBs (and check out Sean Wagner-McGough's look at the new QB era), plus we talk NFL news and more.
Pete Prisco HATES picking a lot of favorites. He should've learned his lesson last week (Pete went 10-6 SU but a terrifying 6-10 ATS), but he just can't help himself when it comes to the Cowboys. Dallas is too good right now and Pete has them winning again in New Orleans, but he does ride a few dogs, including the Bills and one in the AFC North.
The combined score of the Patriots' three wins is 106-17 (!), but Jason La Canfora says you can forget about 16-0. It's just too hard to do (JLC says an 0-16 team this year is much more likely). He does have the Pats atop his ranking of the remaining 3-0 teams, though, and here's why JLC's got the Cowboys at No. 4.

Kyle Allen threw four TD passes last week and will start for the Panthers for the foreseeable future with Cam Newton hurt, but is Allen a good play against the Texans? Jamey Eisenberg explains why you should definitely start him, and breaks down other QB starts and sits as well, including whether to trust Jacoby Brissett if T.Y. Hilton is out.
Antonio Brown's Patriots career ended after one game, but there's still unfinished business. Brown filed a grievance to enforce payment of a $5M signing bonus, and there's been a lot of speculation about which way an arbitrator could rule, so Joel Corry broke everything down. Here's what Joel says is most likely to happen.
THIS LINE STINKS. Why are the Broncos actually favored? Still ... they've got to win some home games, right? Von Miller and Bradley Chubb have to get a sack at some point, right?!? I'll take Denver against the Fighting Gardner Minshews, and I smell a backdoor cover by the Raiders. I'm definitely NOT taking the Over in Pats-Bills, but here's who I am taking.
A lot of teams use NOBODY BELIEVES IN US to motivate themselves, but for the Dolphins, it's actually true. Miami will be a 'dog of more than 14 points for the third straight week, and R.J. White dove into the data to explain why that's significant. R.J. also has tons of betting tips, like fading the public, plus teasers and a can't-miss parlay that has 140-1 odds.
