Counter workplace uncertainty with strong job descriptions

The relationship of hospital size, medical staff office size, and the number of practitioners credentialed isn’t a sharp line. MSPs’ roles are fluid.
 
Well-formed job descriptions foster consistency that counterbalances these uncertainties. MSPs can reference the descriptions to understand their responsibilities, budget worktime, and address requests from practitioners that fall outside their purview.
