Court Rules Dicamba ‘Was Unlawfully Approved’ By EPA and Halts Use
 
The U.S. District Court of Arizona put a stop to using dicamba for weed control this season. According to BASF, 40 million dicamba-tolerant soybean and cotton acres will be directly impacted by the court order.
