Judge Barbara Louise Mosedale retires as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Tax Chamber) with effect from 8 September 2024. Background information Judge Mosedale was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. She was appointed a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Tax Chamber) in 2009.
