Judge Jeffrey Simon Bryer retired with effect from 18 September 2024. Background information Judge Bryer was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal in 2002 and a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) in 2009.
